Loan Reduction Schedule

Does anybody have a recommendation for software for a loan reduction schedule? Wanted one like banks have that computes interest on the actual day of payment.

In our Drake Program, there is a "Research" tab, that takes you to RIA Checkpoint. I discovered it has a great amortization schedule, that is about the best I have seen. It is great for showing how someone paying just 25.00 extra on their mortage saves in the long run. It even has grafts. Take a look at it.

Opps, I thought I was in the Drake Forum, but maybe some of you are using RIA Checkpoint, or Drake.

I have Drake also. I can't seem to find this schedule. Any more steps?

At the main screen in Drake, up at the top clict on the "Research" icon. This opens up the RIA Checkpoint web site. Click on the tools tab. then click on mortgage. then click on mortgage loan.
