Who says everything's goin' to pot? Found these nuggets in an Arkansas taxletter:

(1) Whiskey to alleviate angina pain (must have doctor's prescription)
(2) Sex counseling (if psychiatrist recommends)
(3) Smoking cessation programs
(4) Wig to relieve mental stress from hair loss (on doctor's advice)
(5) Recliner to alleviate heart condition (on doctor's advice)
I've gotta get crackin' and try to cram in dee-ducks (as my clients say) number one and five (already quit smokin' and still got my hair) before 12-31. I'm not just real sure what to do about that number two 'cause I swore (crossed my heart and hoped to die) to a certain someone I'd never tell a soul.
