      I have tried to delete a post on this board also, and have been unable to do so. Is there a way?

              Ask TTB to delete your original post's title. And in this case, to delete the thread.

                      I don't think anything - that's why he is trying to erase it.
                      Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".
