    X-Drive Shutting Down Jan 12, 2009

    X-Drive is shutting down Jan 12, 2009.
I'm looking for a viable alternative and would like to know if anyone on this forum has recommendations & experience with similar sites. Thanks...

Xdrive lists the following as alternative, but I'd like to know if anyone here has any preferences among these or others not listed:
    Box
    Carbonite
    Dropbox
    Elephant Drive

      Carbonite

Kim Komando who is a computer expert and has a nationwide radio talk show recommends Carbonite. I have a Mac, and Carbonite does not support Macs, so I can't advise from personal experience.

A lot depends on what your focus is for using that site. I use Mozy for backing up key files and an quite satisfied.

Going where no data has gone before.

            X-Drive?

I thought you were talking about a new kind of warp drive or something?
