I am looking for a good source for the 2008 and 2009 tax law changes. What have you found that fits this bill?

I have been singularly unsuccessful in trying to access TTB updates. I do get their notifications, but they don't seem to lead me anywhere. I must be holding my mouth wrong. I will give that another shot.

You have to enter the password found on the last page of the 2007 TTB to access the updates.
