This is my first time dealing with this. Sale of farm is showing on PA Sch F rather than Sch D. As such it will be taxed as earned income on the local level. Is this correct or is there a glitch in my program?

There is no glitch in your program. Shedule F is used for farm profits and losses for Pa and also local tax returns. Although I have never done a sale of a farm, I have completed a few existing farms. If you go onto the state website there is a Schedule F publication that you can download.
