    NYC Tax

    Client has a huge capital gain from sale of rental property in New York City. Moved out of NY in August. Lives in Florida.

    Does he have to pay NewYork City Taxes.?

    Residence was located in Queens.

    The States return looks ok but where do I figure out the city taxes
