Does anyone have experience with a Form 1099-H? My first impression when I saw that statement is that the taxpayer might have to pay tax on the 'advance payment'. But after I did more research, it seems that actually the taxpayer can claim what they call the "Health Coverage Tax Credit" based on that form. Am I correct?
