    Waiver of Minimum Time Requirements

    Do any of you know which internal Revenue Bulletin lists the countries that qualify for the minimum time requirements to qualify for the Foreign Income Exclusion (TP left country due to war or civil unrest in that country). TP worked for a Us company in Afghanistan ( SEII-Afghanistan-LOGCAPIII)
