    Cartoon in todays paper

    A cartoon in todays paper shows a man that looks to be in his 70s or 80s sitting across the desk from a tax preparer. The tax preparer is saying to the taxpayer
    "YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS, BUT YOU'RE THE SIXTH PERSON
    TODAY TO CLAIM ANNA NICOLE SMITH'S BABY AS A DEPENDENT."

    I'm surprised it is only 6. :-)
    Only in government or politics is a "cut in spending" really an increase. It's just not as much of an increase as they wanted it to be, therefore a "cut".
