    Question for Colorado pros

Let me see if I have this correct:

Married couple have two children, ages 4 and 10. They have $18k of dependent care expenses shown on federal Form 2441.
    Their federal AGI is ~$100k.

Colorado gives them neither a child tax credit nor a dependent care credit.

But at least they do get a $112 "sales tax rebate."

    Am I missing something? ?

    Thanks!

I believe the new Child Tax Credit for CO starts with the 2022 tax year. Children under 6 and MFJ income under $85K.

Thanks for the info. Who knows what "next year" will bring.
To put a cap at $85k for a MFJ couple with child(ren) sounds a bit. . .restrictive.
As I mentioned above, the current $60k limit for claiming any dependent care expenses really sounds severe and border laughable.
