Does anyone know if the ERC is available for each quarter of 2021(I know that the bill signed today eliminated the 4th qtr 2021) I have not been able to find in my research if it applies to more than 1 quarter. I do know that the qualifying wages need to be reduced by any PPP loan forgiven. But is that just for 1 quarter or each qualifying quarter. Has anyone filed a 941X for 2021 for the ERC? Thanks for any input.
