Went to the EFTPS.gov site, registered & paid my deferred SE amount today - just to be done with it.
At the payment site I selected "deferred social security".
The site also wanted a month and tax year for the payment. It kept rejecting my payment attempt until "April" of 2020 was entered.
Hope I did this correctly.
