I filed a client tax return in early March, he owe more than a thousand dollars. Later IRS announced up to 10200 unemployment and excess PTC forgiveness. He should have a little tax return. He did not pay the tax due. IRS haven't mailed the refund to him. Should he pay the tax due before 5/17 or just wait for IRS to fix the problems.
