Last year, a taxpayer that received a distribution from an IRA could roll back/rollover the distribution, up to the RMD amount, back into the IRA. This roll back/rollover had to be completed by August 31.
Is there any special form this year to report the rollback/rollover? I haven't seen one and suspect it might be like any other rollover back into an IRA in any other year. Thought I would check to see given the number of new forms this year.
