    North Carolina Filing Requirements

    Client is a computer consultant in Florida and is the owner of the S corporation that is registered in Florida. He travels to North Carolina and does consulting work for 6 months. The S corporation gets consulting income. Does the S corporation have a filing requirement in North Carolina?
