Anyone know when they are going to release this form relating to the new legislation passed as a result of the hurricanes in 2017 ? It is needed for the 2017 corporate filing year. There is a draft available on the internet but no mention of when the final draft will be released and our software company, Proseries, has no clue. Not sure if we should be holding off preparing corporate taxes until this form is released. We are in FL and it affects a lot of businesses down here.
