I noticed on the AZDOR web site that with effect from 1/1/2015 TPT will be chargeable on all sales of tangible personal property (other than motor vehicles) sold to AZ nonresidents including sales shipped or delivered to foreign countries.
Has anybody seen any commentary on or challenges to this change as it would appear to put Arizona businesses at a disadvantage particularly with regard to foreign sales.
Do any other States similarly charge sales tax or TPT on sales of tangible property to buyers in foreign countries?
