For those of you that possess an Insurance license as a resident agent in a state other than AZ, you most likely have CE to contend with. Well resident AZ agents did not if they did not possess a non-resident license in another state. Well that all comes to an end Jan 1, 2014. AZ resident agents will now be subject to CE. AZ was the last state to exempt their resident agents from CE.
