I think the Employers' Cobra Credit on Form 941 does not apply to employees terminated after May 31, 2010, with a 15-month
allowance for Cobra payments.
In plain English, to me this means the Cobra Credit would be obsolete beginning in the 4th quarter of 2011.
But the Cobra Credit is still on the Form as of 1st quarter, 2013. Am I missing something?
