I saw one of my competitors full page ad in our local free "save more" magazine. In his ad he printed "free tax organizer" (TO) so I was snoppy and went to his site to download it. The CPA's TO opened up in MS Excel. So if the prospect does not have the MS Excel app on their pc, how do they open it? I know several of my clients that do not have the MS Excel app. I also noticed this CPA's TO asked for data from the prospect W-2, 1099's, SSA, etc. I know some of the TO's ask that data including the TTB TO's but never have. I obtain that data directly from the W-2, 1099's etc.
