Had to resolve an issue regarding "Health Savings Accounts"
With limits, individuals can contribute to HSA's and deduct the contributions against AGI on the 1040...
When they take money out of the HSA, it is not taxable if they spend the money for qualified medical expenses.
But, can you the deduct the amount paid as a medical expense on Sch A???
I looked in quickfinder page 5-1 thru 5-4 and found nothing conclusive?
I looked in TaxBook, and found my answer on page 4-8..."medical expenses that are reimbursed by....HSA's..are not deductible.
