Calif has a new credit for employer paid chldcare. Similar to the Federal credit the payment for childcare MUST be made from the employer - no reimbursements. What do you do about Sch C filers. Own their own (very profitable) business. Had childcare however they paid for it with a personal check. We always insist clients separate business from personal. Now it comes back to bite them.
