The Tax Library as offered by TMI offers a great deal of information at a bargain price. However, I feel sure that the company would not claim that it is a complete reference library even for Federal to say nothing of the states. I would therefore suggest that it could be substantially improved by including a page of links including but perhaps not limited to these:
All the state and local income tax websites;
All the Secretary of State and other potentially tax relevant State websites; and
All the free or inexpensive law library sites with notes on which sites have what resources.
In the alternative to my third idea, perhaps TMI would care to offer on their own site resources similar to those of Kleinrock, CCH, or Tax Tools only with easier navigation and of course an increase in price over TMI's current levels.
