These areas are eligible for more refundable credits when student attends in the disaster area. When I look at the areas eligible for special rules, the applicable disaster dates are in 2008. But the extra credits are for 2009? What about 2008? Were there extra credits in 2008, too? I'm a little confused. Anyone else look at this?
