    RMD to Charity

    I think I know the answer but sometimes laws are changed when I'm too busy to pay attention to what's happening in the world.

    The Pension Protection Act of 2006 that allows IRA owners age 70 1/2 or older to make direct transfer of their RMD to charity was extended to 2008 and 2009 only, correct?

    Nothing passed for 2010?
