I have a really nice guy client in Fremont, CA who has 3 rental properties. Apparently he's received a 1099-C for one of them for a short sale and may receive another one for another property. I am not at all comfortable working with 1099-C's and would like to find another preparer for him. If you have the experience and are interested, please let me know. Thank you.
