Good morning, the more I read, the more I get bogged down. I have a doctor who was in the US all of 2005, 2006, 2007 and left in May of 2008. They filed as resident alliens for 2005-2007. For 2008, one way I read it, they are still resident alliens, another way I read it they are dual-status. They did not have a green card. Thanks!
