I'm familiar with a limitation when Corp A acquires Corp B with NOL's.
In the back of my mind it seems like there are also restrictions if Corp B generated losses by operating one business and then goes into a dif line of business that is profitable. Am I misremembering???
In my case the same shareholder is involved throughout the time frame.
