Are we as ERO's REQUIRED to keep copies of photo Id's and ss cards?????????

I hope not because I havn't been. I really dont think there is a requirement for that.

i don't know that there is an IRS requirement but the bank that processes our RAL's does require it so we get that info on everyone who comes in.

Well my bank also requires that I check a photo ID also but it doesn't require me to make a copy of it.
