I have 15 business clients that keep me busy through the year. It seems to me that I have better quality clients. Like was said before I have a few that get EIC and I tried RALs one year. That was my last.
Most of my clients really do seem appreciative of the services I provide. I had a client tell me a couple of weeks ago that she knows she can trust me. That I am upfront with my knowledge on taxes and if I say I'm not sure she knows I will research until I find out. That I don't give her the run around. So that made me feel really good.
