For 2005 filing of a Schedule C Truck Hauling Business can the $52 a day be claimed for the whole year or do you split it up by date and take the lower amount before October 1st. I was reading about it today in TTB, but it is still unclear to me.
If I learned from my post some weeks ago then you need to split the the per diem by before and after 10/1. You have the option to take the LOWER rate all year.
