    Foreign Income And Social Security

    After looking at posted threads I hope I get an answer or comment. Most have shied away from the foreign income tax questions. My client works overseas, he is paid by a foreign contractor and they pay all expenses. 28 days there- 28 days here. Not qualified for 2555. anyway is he subject to pay self-employment tax. He does not own his own company, just works and comes home and deposits his big fat pay check of $850 per day(that's $23800) per month. thanks

    That depends if he is treated as employee or contractor.
