I'm an SCorp no 1065 for me. But Oldjack almost has me convinced to go C Corp (again) .

      Dang It

Delete my poll, I read it wrong,

      Not a 1065 form,

But did have a client 1065 form audited.

          Gone!!!!!

I had such a time with so many crazy clients from August to October 16 filings, I left on October 17th for a much needed respite and spend some time with my husband before he threatened divorce. After 33 years I don't want to go there!!!

          Did you miss me????

We need the soothing feminine touch around here on occasion.

Re: Crazy clients -- ain't it the truth? When IRS killed off the August extensions and made it one big one in October, I was hoping maybe I could spread more work out over several months. No such luck -- now they just show up October 1st-10th or thereabouts.
