What do you need help with? What exactly is your question?

Is the taxpayer a US Citizen or US tax-Resident Alien? If so, the income from India is reported on the US tax return, just like any other income.

If the taxpayer's foreign bank balances ever totaled $10,000 or more during the year, the FBAR return also needs to be filed. Depending on the amount, the FATCA form could be required to be on the income tax return as well.

If you can clarify what you need help with, perhaps somebody can help you.

Look up US India Tax Treaty

Get from IRS.GOV the US - India Tax treaty. You will need to review that also.
