Federal poverty line paying back advance premium tax credit

Family of 2 under 65 only income is SS of 7104. Federal poverty line is 45% received monthly advance payment of premium tax credit with the marketplace on 1095A. Will the advance payment of premium tax credit need to be paid back since the income isn't at 100% Poverty line?

No. If Advance credit was received, going below 100% of the FPL does not disqualify the Premium Tax Credit. Because their income was lower than estimated, they will receive Additional Credit on the tax return.

Thank you. Maybe I will be able to sleep now. I have been just sick about client paying this back.
