At the same time the Trustee signed the form 1041 (early June), I had the Trustee sign a POA. Yesterday I received this duplicate form CP504B. Wasn't the IRS supposed to mail out a CP161 letter prior to the CP504B?
Also, the form CP504B calculated an amount more then what my software calculated BUT the letter gave no explanation of details on how the IRS came up with the tax owe.
