    1095-c

I have a client that received 2 1095-C's, one for him and his family and another one from his stepdad's policy on which he was covered also. He was covered all 12 months on both of them. Is there any form I have to fill out because he is covered on both policies? I don't know about the rest of you but this ACA is about to drive me crazy trying to figure out all these new forms!!

Thanks for your help in advance.

Not unless he got advance PTC or was eligible for it. It is likely the coverages would have coordinated benefits, but at least one should have satisfied the minimum essential coverage question box you need to check.

If they received PTC, they will receive a 1095-A from the market place.
