Grossly unequitable capital
At one time TTB had a discussion about special allocations of capital in cases where one party has a grossly unequitable initial contribution in comparison to the income splitting agreement. Also special allocations where a prima facie unequitable income splitting arrangement or distribution occurs. Nowhere does the discussion indicate that such arrangements are illegal, just that IRS looks at these inequities in different ways.
I've looked in the latest (2014) and can't find it. Doesn't mean it's not there, just means I can't find it.
