    1099-Misc under SS# & not LLC EIN

Spouse has self employed ins business. She got her single member LLC approved 7-2014 and received her SS-4 letter also in 7-2014. She failed to notify her her vendors to start paying her commission to her LLC. While the SS-4 did not mention any particular tax form she needs to file, I would think the IRS would be expecting a Sch C with the LLC name, address and EIN and obviously no #'s.

Since this is a disregarded entity, it wont be an issue because she will be filing a Sch C. On the Sch C put the EIN.
