California Company with one employee in Costa Rica

My client told me that his daughter (U.S. Citizen) who lives in Costa Rica is going to be working for his California corporation located in CA and will be doing computer consulting from Costa Rica. Everything will be done using the Cloud and the daughter will stay in Costa Rica and do the work.

So the company has three CA employees and one Costa Rica employee.

I am not sure where the Costa Rica employee fits on any of these payroll forms or if there are separate forms for Costa Rica. Perhaps the 941 but not CA as no presence there.

Anyone had experience with a Costa Rica payroll?

She is a US citizen working for a US company, so she gets a W2. No state tax or W/h. She gets to figure out Costa Rica tax, the foreign exclusion & whatnot on her own returns.
