Form 4562 and ProSeries

    Form 4562 and ProSeries

    I am not sure if this is a ProSeries issue or not. Corporation with fully depreciated assets has form 4562 included with a zero on it. I never paid attention to this but this year of course it's different. I believe if you do not place a new asset in service or maybe some other special situtations you do not need to file form 4562. Should be the same for 1040 and entities. Any advise?

    Well, one should pay more attention, in both cases it's because of listed property.
