    S Corp Paying supplemental Health Insurance as a Retirement Benefit.

    If a retired, former employee, and still 1/4 owner of an S Corp. just turned 65 and is buying supplimental health insurance (Medigap), can he have the S Corp pay the premiums for him (the insurance would be in his name only)? Thx

    as long as you include it on his W2.
