    Worksheet B Of Eic?

Never have I seen a Worksheet B on EIC before. The couple make way over $100,000.
On Part 4 it says If line 4b includes income on which you should have paid self-employment tax but did not, we may reduce your credit by the amount of SE tax not paid.
What does that mean? The husband's is (8084) and the wife's is 1516.
Can anyone explain that in English, since I've never seen one please. Thanks.

It means if you try to file for EIC, but you did not file Schedule SE on your self-employment income, the IRS will take the SE tax you owe out of any EIC refund that you think you are getting.
