Form 3115 for more than one item

I have several clients that will have 481(a) adjustments due to incorrect depreciation class life. Some with residental rental under wrong life and improvements under wrong life and many farms with equipment have incorrect life. Will each iitem require its own 3115?

Does not answer my question exactly. I know a depreciation adjustment is section 168. Can more than one asset depreciation adjustment be on the same form?

Yes. Calculate the entire depreciation adjustment on all assets and use one 3115 for that.
