    health care taxes

So that everyone will know, the link above relates to the health care law and it's associated taxes.

However, don't despair, for if you're an employer, you can get a waiver from having to comply, just like mcDonalds and a host of other companies have already done.

      Exemptions........

"Exemptions for religious objectors, undocumented immigrants, prisoners, those earning less than the poverty line, members of Indian tribes, and hardship cases"

      Why exemptions for undocumented immigrants?

And, is that the same as "Illegal" immigrant?

And how is the IRS going to police the situation where an employee is now called a "contract" worker so the employer doesn't have to provide the insurance.

        1. Bleeding Heart Liberals.

        2. No. Most "illlegal" immigrants have more documentation than you do, it's just phony.

Codification of the “Economic Substance Doctrine
This provision allows the IRS to disallow completely-legal tax deductions and other legal tax-minimizing plans just because the IRS deems that the action lacks “substance” and is merely intended to reduce taxes owed.

That sends a chill down my spine!!!

Especially the phrase: merely intended to reduce taxes owed.

That is what our industry is all about....legally reducing our clients tax liabilities.

I read that also, I thought I read it wrong until I read it again. Judge Learned Hand just died.
