The exclusion of anyone related to a 50% shareholder would ace out most Sub-S owners from hiring their spouse. Although I'm not sure it would stop a sole prop fro hiring their spouse. Of course the forms are not the law and the underlying regs control.
In other words, a democratic government is the only one in which those who vote for a tax can escape the obligation to pay it.

Funny that they don't list the spouse along with all of the other relatives listed on that form.

Can anybody figure that one out?
